The large Marina is spectacular day or night and the beach only feet away from the Castle supports a snack bar in the high season, a children's play area with climbing frames etc. and golden sand.

With parking space for 2 to 3 cars, steps from the rear garden give access to the Villa and Balcony overlooking a wonderful view of the sea and Calpe Rock (Ifach).

Security doors from the balcony lead immediately into the Lounge area with a fireplace, two easy chairs and a settee, with coffee table and portable electric radiator.
